River Green - Richmond's Coal Harbour?

I had the pleasure of an exclusive tour of the River Green Development here in Richmond last
week. What a beautiful project.

If you're interested in prestigious living in what is destined to become the Coal Harbour of Richmond then this is it.

This is from the developer Aspac who developed Coal Harbour in Downtown Vancouver, B.C.:

'ASPAC DEVELOPMENTS LTD.
THE CONFIDENCE OF EXPERIENCE
Between 1993 and 2008, the team at Aspac turned an industrial waterfront strip along the northern edge of Vancouver’s downtown peninsula into one of the city’s most prestigious addresses. Today, Coal Harbour is a blend of refined residential towers and townhomes complete with an eight-acre waterfront park, community centre, boutique shops and a 250-berth marina. Now, standing upon the site of River Green, Aspac is having a remarkable sense of déjà vu. This new site also boasts dramatic, unbroken views across precious waterfront. Like Coal Harbour, it inspires the same pulse quickening sense of possibility, and soon it, too, will be a teeming hub of urban activity.'

The project is made up of 4 phases with Phase 1 completed. Phase 1 is comprised of 6 beautiful buildings with amazing, 5 star resort like amenities such as:
24hr Concierge
Shuttle bus to Aberdeen Centre and the Canadaline
Amazing gym facilities
Huge pool with whirlpool & hot and dry sauna rooms
Theatre room
Music & study rooms
Virtual golf simulator & more.

The whole project is due to be finished in 10 to 12 years.

If you are interested in this Prestigious Living opportunity and would like to take a tour with me, I would be more than happy to arrange.

Another interesting thing I should mention is that on selected units until the end of this month, March, 2014 they are including Audi A4, A6 or A8 depending on the unit.
